KWEOE Returns & Exchanges Policy

At KWEOE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Intimates and swimwear
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

3. Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email us at service@kweoe.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
