1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and major European countries including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Europe: 10–21 business days

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. KWEOE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
